The Blue Church Lodge & Townhouse Terms and Agreement
Our staff looks forward to making your stay with us at The Blue Church Lodge a truly enjoyable experience. We ask that you please take a moment to read this confirmation in full, to ensure that it is correct. When yo book lodging with us, you must understand and fully accept the Rental Agreement set forth for these accommodations. Thank you.
Payment of deposits by guest constitutes acceptance and confirmation by the guest of the deposit and cancelation and use policies, restrictions, and additional information given in the Terms and Conditions Agreement. If a credit card is used by guest for advance deposit or payment, guest hereby agrees to have the advance deposits and payments listed in the guest’s confirmation charged to the credit card, and further agree that said amounts shall be subject to the deposit and cancelation policies given in this Agreement. Any changes in the deposit and cancelation and use policies are effective only if executed in writing by an officer or the General Manager of the Blue Church Lodge.
Guest is responsible for payment of all nights confirmed, regardless of guest’s late arrival or early departure date. Guest further agrees that there are no warranties or guarantees on ski conditions, weather conditions or flight conditions.
If all Deposit or Balance Due payments are not received by the due dates given on this Confirmation, this reservation will be considered canceled under the terms and conditions provided herein and are subject to the following deposit and cancelation policy.
The term “occupant” or “occupants” as used in this Rental Agreement includes the registered guest and all other persons who occupy the Lodge suites.
There is an additional $20 fee per night per person if over the maximum guests allowed. We do have roll-away beds if needed for $50 per night. Cribs are $25 per night.
At The Blue Church Lodge, we make every effort to ensure that you get the exact suite you request. If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from honoring your specify request, we will transfer your reservation to a comparable or upgraded unit.
Check In and Check Out Time
Check- In at 4:00 PM: Check-Out at 10:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs can be requested but will not be guaranteed. Departures after 1 PM will be charged half of the daily rate and after 4 PM will be charged one full daily rent rate.
At the time of booking, 50% of entire reservation will be collected. Final payment is due 90 days prior to arriving. The full amount will be required if within 90 days. Payment can be made by any credit card, money order or wire transfer. If paying by credit card, your account will automatically be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
If final payment is not received in our office 90 days prior to arrival, the reservation may be canceled and subject to a cancelation fee.
Cancelations received within 90 days prior to arrival date of reservation will for forfeit the entire amount, unless the property is reoccupied for the entire amount of the original booking.
Guests are responsible for al nights reserved, Individuals shall not be relieved of any portion of their reservation due to weather, flight cancelations or any travel related or other issues which may arise and which are not under control of the Blue Church Lodge. Refunds will not be made for late arrival or early departure.
Advance deposits or rental payments shall remain the property of and for the use of The Blue Church Lodge subject to the cancelations policies above: and any interest income or profit from advance deposits or rental payments belong solely to the The Blue Church Lodge.
Each day in the winter we will make the beds, replenish supplies, replace towels if needed and vacuum as necessary. in the summer we will have housekeeping services once every three days.
FREE Continental Breakfast in the winter when the Park City Resorts open: The Lodge provides a continental breakfast in the Lobby of the Lodge from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Includes freshly baked croissants, muffins, and bagels. Cereals, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, apples, oranges, banana’s, coffee, juice and yogurt. Breakfast discontinued when the Ski Resorts close.
Agents Right of Entry
An authorized employee or repairman may enter the premises at any time in order to inspect, repair and maintain the unit and in order to confirm that the unit is being use in accordance with the terms of these polices.
Occupant is liable for any damages, to the premises and to the furnishings, equipment, and/or household items therein which occurred during occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear. Please report any damages to your unit during your stay before departure.
Termination of Occupancy
The Blue Church Lodge Rental is committed to being a good neighbor, and asks that you be considerate of those who are staying near your unit. Unfortunately, from time to time some occupants disturb their neighbor, by creating excessive noise, smoke or other nuisances. The Lodge expressly reserves the right to terminate, at any time, your occupancy of your unit, and to evict you from the unit, in the event that complaints are lodged which indicate that you are disturbing the neighbors, or using illegal contraband’s and/or using the suite for any other illegal activity. In that event, you will also forfeit all monies previously paid to the Lodge Rentals.
Pets are not allowed inside units or on the property. If pet are inside units, or on the property, it shall be the cause for immediate termination of the Blue Church Lodge Agreement without refund. If when departing Management finds that a pet was in the unit there will be a $500 charge to guest’s credit card.
All properties are smoke free, including all public and private areas. This includes the interior of each suite, decks, patios, hallways, lobbies, garages, and hot tub area.
