The Blue Church Lodge & Townhouse Terms and Agreement

 
Our staff looks forward to making your stay with us at The Blue Church Lodge a truly enjoyable experience. We ask that you please take a moment to read this confirmation in full, to ensure that it is correct. When yo book lodging with us, you must understand and fully accept the Rental Agreement set forth for these accommodations.  Thank you.
 
General
 
Payment of deposits by guest constitutes acceptance and confirmation by the guest of the deposit and cancelation and use policies, restrictions, and additional information given in the Terms and Conditions Agreement. If a credit card is used by guest for advance deposit or payment, guest hereby agrees to have the advance deposits and payments listed in the guest’s confirmation charged to the credit card, and further agree that said amounts shall be subject to the deposit and cancelation policies given in this Agreement. Any changes in the deposit and cancelation and use policies are effective only if executed in writing by an officer or the General Manager of the Blue Church Lodge.
 
Guest is responsible for payment of all nights confirmed, regardless of guest’s late arrival or early departure date. Guest further agrees that there are no warranties or guarantees on ski conditions, weather conditions or flight conditions.
 
If all Deposit or Balance Due payments are not received by the due dates given on this Confirmation, this reservation will be considered canceled under the terms and conditions provided herein and are subject to the following deposit and cancelation policy.
 
The term “occupant” or “occupants” as used in this Rental Agreement includes the registered guest and all other persons who occupy the Lodge suites.
 
There is an additional $20 fee per night per person if over the maximum guests allowed. We do have roll-away beds if needed for $50 per night. Cribs are $25 per night.When checking out please LEAVE ALL KEYS ON KITCHEN COUNTER OR TABLE.
 
Accommodation Requests
 
At The Blue Church Lodge, we make every effort to ensure that you get the exact suite you request. If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from honoring your specify request, we will transfer your reservation to a comparable or upgraded unit.
 
Check In and Check Out Time
 
Check- In at 4:00 PM: Check-Out at 10:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs can be requested but will not be guaranteed. Departures after 1 PM will be charged half of the daily rate and after 4 PM will be charged one full daily rent rate.
 
 

Deposit:

A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation, and the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival for standard season and 30 days prior to arrival for peak season.

Full payment of any activities (ski lift tickets, golf, massages, etc.) is due at the time of booking.


Cancellation, change or no-show
**Note: Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unforeseen events.

Summer season
(May 1–November 24,2022; May 1-November 24,2023)

To receive a refund on an existing reservation the guest must cancel 7 days or more prior to arrival. For qualifying reservations guest will be charge a 10% administrative fee based on the total amount of the reservation. If reservation is canceled within 7 days of arrival the reservation will be non-refundable. If guest decides to leave early after check-in, the unused nights will be non-refundable.

Winter season
(November 25,2022-December 23,2022; January 5–18 ,2023; January 29-February 16th, 2022; February 26-April 30,2023; November 25-December 21,2023; January 5-18,2024; January 28-February 15,2024; February 25-April 30,2024)

To receive a refund on an existing reservation the guest must cancel 14 days or more prior to arrival. For qualifying reservations guest will be charge a 10% administrative fee based on the total amount of the reservation. If reservation is canceled within 14 days of arrival the reservation will be non-refundable. If guest decides to leave early after check-in, the unused nights will be non-refundable.



Peak Season
(December 23–January 4, 2023; January 19–28, 2023; February 17–25, 2023; December 22-January 4,2024; January 19-27,2024; February 16-24,2024)

To receive a refund on an existing reservation the guest must cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival. For qualifying reservations guest will be charge a 10% administrative fee based on the total amount of the reservation. If reservation is canceled within 30 days of arrival the reservation will be non-refundable. If guest decides to leave early after check-in, the unused nights will be non-refundable.

 
Payments Received
 
Advance deposits or rental payments shall remain the property of and for the use of The Blue Church Lodge subject to the cancelations policies above: and any interest income or profit from advance deposits or rental payments belong solely to the The Blue Church Lodge.
 
Housekeeping

 
Wi will do a cleaning mid-week if staying one week only.
 
 
Agents Right of Entry
 
An authorized employee or repairman may enter the premises at any time in order to inspect, repair and maintain the unit and in order to confirm that the unit is being use in accordance with the terms of these polices.
 
Repairs
 
Occupant is liable for any damages, to the premises and to the furnishings, equipment, and/or household items therein which occurred during occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear. Please report any damages to your unit during your stay before departure.
 
Termination of Occupancy

 
The Blue Church Lodge Rental is committed to being a good neighbor, and asks that you be considerate of those who are staying near your unit. Unfortunately, from time to time some occupants disturb their neighbor, by creating excessive noise, smoke or other nuisances. The Lodge expressly reserves the right to terminate, at any time, your occupancy of your unit, and to evict you from the unit, in the event that complaints are lodged which indicate that you are disturbing the neighbors, or using illegal contraband’s and/or using the suite for any other illegal activity. In that event, you will also forfeit all monies previously paid to the Lodge Rentals.
 
Pet Policy

 
No Pets Allowed. Pets are not allowed inside units or on the property. If pet are inside units, or on the property, it shall be the cause for immediate termination of the Blue Church Lodge Agreement without refund.  If when departing Management finds that a pet was in the unit there will be a $500 charge to guest’s credit card.
 
No Smoking
 
All properties are smoke free, including all public and private areas. This includes the interior of each suite, decks, patios, hallways, lobbies, garages, and hot tub area.

Peace of Mind Program
 
The Reservation Fee charged on your booking includes the Peace of Mind (POM) damage coverage program. POM provides up to $3,000 of coverage against accidental damage to the unit or its contents during your stay. You are encouraged, but not required, to report any accidents so they can be addressed quickly. Damage that exceeds $3,000 in value or is related to carelessness, vandalism, intentional misuse of the property, or illegal activities is not covered by the Peace of Mind program. Such costs will be your responsibility and will be charged against the credit card on file with your reservation.
